    @68hinduhammers….. yes…. but that is why posture is so important…. he doesn’t go over about how you should stand but basically you need to keep your back straight at all times for support… this is a good workout but they need to explain the risks involved with it

    Agree 100%. And i know what i’m talkin about since i have a spinal disc herniation (from sports btw :D ). This here can absolutely be helpful for overweight BUT fit people. It’s dangerous though for the ones with back or knee problems even they are not much overweight! I can recomend a special training for people with back problems that really really helped me. Plus you lose your fat. Since i don’t want that this sounds like a commercial advertising if anybody is interested send me a PM.

    the way he’s coming …
    the way he’s coming down is so bad for the knees. when he comes down on the jump he needs to bend his knees slightly. Other than that, everything looks perfectly fine. But if you’re gonna have a video giving people advice, you’d want to make sure you’re physically doing everything right. (the knee thing) I kept cringing everytime he came down like that. -_-
