I need to look good for my fiance by january fast weight loss suggestions?

I am not looking for a quick fix or something just for the deadline in January. I have been trying to lose the weight for a while now. My fiance is at boot camp for the Navy and I will not see him till January. I just want to look really good for him when i see him as well as after that. I used to be in really good shape but as I have gone through a lot of hard times the last few years I gained like 30 pounds.
You can lose 30 pounds by January if you are committed to doing it. This means cutting out the sweets, junk food and high carb foods. You will have to increase your intake of vegetables and whole grains.
Exercise will help a lot. Try to get at least one half hour of exercise each day. Do an exercise that you enjoy doing. Examples may be walking, weight training, dancing or martial arts. Yoga is great for losing weight and getting into shape.

I am doing Medifast and walking and have lost five pounds in ten days. It seems to be working good for me. I got the Medifast from a friend but I think you can purchase it online. Its was $318 dollars for 5 weeks of food.

It doesn’t seem like you care about keeping this weight off. You just want to meet the deadline and then … anything goes. Anyway, the best way to lose weight would be to eliminate all of the junk food in your day to day diet, eat smaller portions, increase your intake of foods rich in fiber and exercise. Exercise for at least 2 hours everyday.

We have all been down that road before, looking to finally start that diet, trying just about anything on the market claiming to be the one true way to loose weight.
The most effective weight loss product though is not going to be promising to shed ten pounds in a week. Although that would be nice, it is not realistic.
A product offering those kind of results is definitely not among the healthy weight loss products now available
You want to find a diet and weight loss product that will be there for you.
One that offers support, you may consider joining an online support group or dieting forum.

The only way to reduce weight is Proactol. I got results within 2 weeks its working great and Thanks to my friend who suggested this.
