I do a lot of jump-roping and swimming that leaves me sore for a few days. What I do is to jog in place for about three minutes and then have a six-minute proper -stretching session.

When I did intense …
When I did intense cardio as well as good nutritional dieting I’ve noticed a 2lb weight loss within a week. Do 3 days of cardio and 2 days of weight lifting as cardio is more for weight loss. Lifting weights burns fat but not as much as cardio. A person with more BMI won’t see results as fast as a person with less BMI so they should do more cardio before anything.
