What are the best exercises for fast weight loss?

I am on a diet, but I need some good exercises as well.

Lots of cardio- running, biking, swimming.

A good "core" workout does wonders too- pilates/yoga.

Any regular leg lifts, crunches, etc. only work well if you combine them with regular fat burning cardio.

    1000 SIT-UPS A DAY.
    500 IN THE MORNING AND 500 BEFORE BED.

    ALSO JOG AROUND THE BLOCK FOR 30 MINUTES OR RIDE A STATIONARY BIKE FOR 1 HOUR LISTENING TO MUSIC OR A MOVIE.

    ALSO DO 3 SETS OF 30 SQUATS AGAINST THE WALL.

    AND DO 3 SETS OF 30 LEG CRUELS.

    AND MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT DRINK SODA AT ALL WHILE DIETING. IT WILL GAIN 2 POUNDS A WEEK ON YOU.

    DO DRINK A GALLON OF WATER A DAY. NO SPICKET!!

    GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST AND PLAIN TUNA, BROIL FISH, PLAIN POTATO WITH OLIVE OIL AND MRS.DASH , BROIL EGGS WITH THE YELLOW OUT, AND POPCORN AS A SNACK WILL HELP YOU ON YOUR DIET.
