It is difficult to stay in shape all year round and almost everyone wants to get rid of excess fat on their body. Al ot of that fat accumulates on the belly are. The truth is that most people just overeat most of the year and spend too little time burning fat. Just before the summer ot after New Year people come to the gym and they want to burn off belly fat fast.
But getting rid of belly fat is no easy task. Although people usually go to the gym with a lot of motivation and desire, but if they encounter setbacks, then they go back to their bad habits.
How can I burn belly fat off and why is it so darn difficult?
That is a very good question and I am glad you asked it. It is all because of “stubborn fat.” It turns out you’re body is actually physiologically slightly different, when it comes to fat around the abdominal region. It’s the first place we tend to store fat and where body fat is needed for protection the most – to protect the organs and internal structures. That is why fat accumulates very easily in your waist area and sometimes it never leaves.
To overcome this problem you have to set some realistic goals to yourself and work hard. I got some advice how you can do it.
1) Lift weights – be sure you are lifting as heavy as you possibly can, as this is what will ramp up your metabolism the highest.
2) Include cardio workouts also to your training plan. But don´t spend hours upon hours doing cardio. Do some intense sprints first, then do more steady state cardio afterwards. This will help to release the fatty acids from the tissue and then burn them off during the steady state cardio.
3) The Diet – Too many fat or carbohydrates calories will slow your progress, while protein, generally speaking will help due to the fact the body burns more calories just digesting it. Keep the protein intake around the 1.5 grams per pound area. Don´t go crazy.Then, fill in the remainder of your calories with carbohydrates around the workout period and fat during the other times.
It is very important to remain patient. If you can´t lose fat. then make small changes in your training program. Just keep pushing yourself and soon you will burn belly fat off forever.

Why does belly fat take forever to burn?
I have changed my diet and do cardio exercises 30 minutes a day for the past 3 months and I still can’t manage to get rid of my belly fat.
Is there somthing wrong with me? or am I doing something wrong

Belly fat is usually the last place fat burns. When you do cardio, your "whole " body burns fat. For most people fat tend to store in the belly and thighs. You are not alone in this problem. Keep at it, and you will get there.
Just don’t fall for those gimicks out there. You can not justr do 1000 sit ups, and have your belly fat disappear.
