    How can I lose 45 pounds by May or June? I would like to know what healthy foods I could eat and what exercise
    I want to lose this much weight but also does anyone know if skin contracts and becomes normal or if it hangs loose or is easy to pull? Im in high school and I will be a senoir next year and I want to look good for this summer. Will Yoga help? Which foods should I avoid and focuz on– im a MALE.     You’re better off walking 3-5 miles a day as often as you can.
    weights are good, but use them to build definition, not bulk.

    try cutting your portions in half at meals, eat less sweets, don’t eat before going to bed. believe me when i say exercising does help, try just walking after dinner, start with walking around the block at least once,etc.

    GOOD FOR YOU! I just wish you the best and cardio is the main thing you need to do. I would suggest joining weight watchers. Don’t be weirded out by it. It’s very welcoming and encouraging when you’re trying to lose the weight! Good luck.

    Just stuff like fruits and vegetables, and also skim milk is really good to substitute for 2% or any other kind of milk because that can make cheese, ice cream, and a lot of other foods less in calories and fat. Lifting weights is good because it turns your fat into muscle, it will make you sweat more so it burns more calories than other things. I never heard about the lemon honey and water thing, but its good to drink things that have a lot of nutrients in them like green tea or even a slim-fast. The best way to loose weight is do a lot of different exercises that work out different parts of your body, like doing crunches, running, this thigh exercise where you sit up against a wall, or leg lifts. But lifting weights is really good for a guy. Well good luck hope you can make your goal lol.
