<p>There a two ways to exercise that will help you to get the results you want.  If you are looking to drop some pounds, applying these methods is how to lose the fat weight you want to lose.   One method involves time. If you have the time to spend multiple hours exercising through the day, the result of the calories burned over the course of that time will help you to lose fat weight. This assumes that the contribution of the calories burned helps create a overall caloric deficit. This occurs when the total calories consumed in a day are less than those that were burned and used as energy by your body.  </p>

<p>Exercising in this manner doesn&#8217;t require a high level of intensity.  Keeping your heart rate at 55% to 65% of its maximum qualifies as low intensity.  Maintaining a low intensity effort yet performing the exercise for an extended period of time will use primarily fat stores as an energy source.  Your goal should be to burn 300 to 500 calories per workout depending on your diet.  Accomplishing that total caloric burn using this method would take approximately 3 to 4 hours, and possibly a little more depending on how much you limit your intensity level.  </p>

<p>The second, and sometimes more preferred method of exercising to lose fat weight is to increase the level of intensity of the workout.  Doing so abbreviates the amount of time that is necessary to workout in order to achieve the desired goal caloric burn.  A high intensity workout would typically be one where the heart rate is approximately 70% to 80% or more of  maximum during the exercise.  A workout at this effort would cut the necessary exercise time essentially in half.  The energy sources used in this type of workout are carbohydrate and fat stores.   </p>

<p>You should be honest with yourself.  It goes through your head several times before you decide to buy a product that claims to have a quick fix solution to weight gain. But the idea of a pill that magically makes you lose fat and an advertiser who uses big words and graphics to convince you that its scientifically conceivable makes you break, right? At least that is how I feel. Even if you don&#8217;t buy it you want to, right?</p>
<p>I did some research and find out how consumers can tell if a <a href="http://www.rumblerushs.com" target=_self>weight loss</a> product will be effective or not.  I found a report issued by The Federal Trade Commission about claims that weight loss companies when they try to sell their products to you.</p>
<p>And frankly, the feeling you&#8217;ve had all along is true.  They came up with some weight loss claims that are impossible.</p>
<p>To be more specific, you&#8217;ve heard of weight loss products that say you&#8217;ll drop the pounds just by wearing a special belt or rubbing cream on your trouble spots. It would be nice, but according to the FTC there is no substantial evidence that using external products will generate any weight loss.</p>
<p>They also found that a product can&#8217;t &#8220;block&#8221; the absorption of calories enough to cause significant weight loss, if any at all. It is simply a fact that the calories you take in have to be burned off or they are stuck there.</p>
<p>Another claim says that you can lose weight without diet or exercise. Not true. In fact, you may even gain weight if your unaltered diet includes eating more calories than your daily needs. To be more specific, the potential weight loss from a non-prescription pill that increases metabolism or blocks absorption of calories likely won&#8217;t be more than a quarter to a third pound per week.</p>
<p>One last false claim is that a product will cause permanent weight loss. Just like fat can always be burned off, it can always be added on.</p>
<p>So now that you know some of the things that don&#8217;t work you can focus on what does. There are many products out there that do work, and work well. Those that promote overall health like zone diet meals, athletic equipment, fitness videos, some appetite suppressants and many more weight loss products have a good degree of effectiveness on certain individuals. Just do a little research to find out what will work best for your body and your lifestyle.</p>

<p>1.  Set realistic goals:  Take it slow, don&#8217;t go all out only to burn yourself out after a couple of weeks or months.  Start off by making small changes to your lifestyle, and eventually you will move on to bigger changes.   Write down specific short term goals and aim for them.  </p>
<p>2.  Meals:  Preplan all of your meals.  When you are prepared you make healthier food choices, and don&#8217;t just fly by the seat of your pats and go through whatever fast food resturant is closest.  </p>
<p>3.  Spread your meals out:  try to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks everyday.  This keeps your blood sugar levels even, and helps to avoid overeating.  There are 3500 calories in one pound of fat, if you can burn 500 more calories then you consume everyday of the week, you will lose a pound a week.</p>
