The most common issue you find among people who wish to lose weight and reduce fat is “How to lose belly fat?” For most people, the abdominal area is one of the most problematic areas when it comes to unwanted body fat. Doing cardio training will improve your cardio fitness, help increase your metabolism, and ultimately help you reduce body.
Finally, one of the best ways to burn fat, is to lift weights and follow a strength training program. This not only helps you build muscles, but it will also help improve your overall physical fitness, and increase your metabolism.
If your goal is to lose belly fat and lose love handles, slightly change your goal to lose body fat on your entire body. Get setup on the right foot and learn the real method behind true fat loss, and keep the fat loss permanent.

How to lose weight in belly and lose love handles?
I am trying to lose weight in my belly and get rid of my love handles, does anyone have any diet tips or work out tips? I am in pretty decent shape, I only have problems with those two areas a lot of my friends exercise, but they mostly rely on vitamins, shakes and stuff like that, I just want to be healthy as I can and exercise naturaly, so does anyone have any tips they can share?

For me, when I gain weight I gain it in my love handles and hips only and I hate it so much. Love handles are very hard to get rid of. Side sit ups won’t get rid of them. Only thing that will help you lose weight in your mid area is a diet such as the South Beach Diet which restricts bad carbs and a lot of aerobics. Aerobics!!
