How to Lose Weight Really Fast With Fat Loss Idiots Diet Plan
February 17th, 2010 | by admin |Do you want to lose fat and weight for that party, wedding, prom or job interview? You need a fat loss program that will do the work really quickly. The fat loss for idiots is the most efficient and reliable way to burn fat in your tummy, thighs, back, chest and love handles.
The reason is because it works with your metabolism and a diet to burn fat really fast. You will learn how you can lose fat very quickly while you even eat 4 meals a day. The only thing you have to figure out is how to manage to drink 8 liters of water everyday.
The best idiot proof method of weight loss is by using the fat loss for idiots ebook and calorie calculator. This diet plan promotes the principle of calorie shifting by varying randomly, the calories found in your food while at the same time ensuring their gradual reduction over time.
The weight loss secret employed by the fat loss for idiots program is based on the fact that without working with your metabolism rate, you will most likely fail to lose a single pound of fat. The trick is on confusing the metabolism to be able to switch it on and off like a light switch and make it burn body fat like a red hot furnace in your body.
It is not the fact that you can starve yourself to a size six that matters but rather how to lose weight without compromising your healthy. By far the healthiest and natural way to lose weight really fast is by being able to harness the power of your metabolism rate.
Calorie shifting technique used by the fat loss for idiots considers that metabolism rate is determined by an unconscious trigger mechanism in our heads to release a start up hormone.
This rate of the metabolism is in turn based on the collected history in your diets calorie content from the recent past. This way your brain can predict with a certain level of accuracy the amount of calories to be burnt by metabolism to release energy for your body’s use.
Another interesting fact is that this rate only burn out calories in your food and will not touch any body fat unless you make an intentional effort through a good diet plan. For example, if you normally eat 3000 calories a day, the mechanism is tuned to burn that same amount.
If you decide to lose weight and go on a starvation diet of 1000 calories a day, the metabolism quickly adjusts to burn just 1000 calories and nothing more, nothing less. However you need the process to also start burning that fat, that’s your only way out.
The calorie shifting method of losing weight creates a diet plan that does just that. It varies the diet so randomly that the brain is unable to process a stable trend in the amount of average calories you take in a day.
The result of this is that it starts firing metabolism rates from the hip and just enough to burn the calories in the food and turn to the fat deposits in your body. This method of confusing the metabolic rate is the most effective so far and can only be done with a very precise and calculated diet program.
Fat Loss for idiots has created an idiot proof calorie calculator that works out your daily menu with very random calorie content. You simply don’t have to strain with calculating daily calories and amount of food every day from undecipherable charts and tables.
This automated fat loss 4 idiots calorie calculator will make your work easy and you will notice huge changes in your body fat in 2 weeks. Even the laziest of them all still notice quite some considerable loss of weight.
This is one of weight loss guide that I found highly recommended by most online critics: Everloss

My wife wants to lose weight and she's contemplating Amphetamines?
My wife wants to lose weight and she’s contemplating Amphetamines…prescribed by Doctors of course. I wouldn’t have a problem with that except for the fact that she used to be addicted to Crystal Meth…which is an Amphetamine. I’m pretty sure she’s not using weight loss as a ruse to get Amphatamines (not 100% but I’m pretty confident) but she’s looking for some sort of suppliment or program to help her lose weight. Playing the role of the idiot husband I said "Well diet and exercise is all you need." She agrees but she also knows that men lose weight much faster than men. All she’s looking for is a little help to start losing weight. Any suggestions on programs that REALLY work? I’m not looking for a miracle pill because those never work. I need some sort of suppliment that, coupled with a balanced diet and exercise plan, she can make the progress she needs to stay with it. Thanks.

Seeing she has a history of amphetamine abuse that really is not a good idea. Even if she is sincerely meaning to only use it for weight loss, it’s still a bad idea. It would be very easy for her to slip into old habits and end up addicted again. You did the right thing, continue to encourage her to stick with diet and exercise.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! While amphetimines truly do cause a large weightloss in the beginning as soon as you stop taking them the weight will come back plus more. Plus starting them will cause her to get less sleep and feel restless and sometimes ill. Stopping the amphetimine usage will cause a drug withdrawl and cause all sorts of side effects. The dangers of amphetimines far out weigh the good that the supposedly say. Since she was previously addicted to Crystal Meth keep her away from them…Even though a doctor prescribes them doesnt mean that they are better than the street version….All they will be doing is selling her the same basic version of street Meth behind the guise of a prescription. Even the doctor will tell her that she will have to be weaned off of them…because amphetimines are an addictive drug.
There is no supplement that I have found that helps…..although I felt better when I was taking Relacore…but that was simply affecting my mood. I didnt see any weightloss from it…..I lost 50lbs just by switching from drinking soda to drinking tea and water…and also switching the high calorie foods for fat free or low calorie. I suggest you start with lifestyle changes first. weightloss drugs of any kind are simply dangerous even if prescribed by a doctor.

Watch out, it WILL make her cranky!….and jittery…I know from experience. She should try a healthy way, the girls and I at the office lost weight using the recordings from independent achievement….some are cds, some are downloads…..good stuff…for consistent weight loss that is working…minimal time effort, still get to eat what you want, you only want to eat half of what’s on your plate..plus we’re using the exercise recording to keep us craving exercise…outlay of time is only 20 minutes a day….

Why dont you talk to her, and at least have her TRY and lose weight the healthy way first… proper diet and exercise. All those diet drugs are harmful, and you dont want to jeopardize your wife’s health?
I dont know if you have children or not, but if you do, you wife is really making a BAD decision. Plus, she didnt gain the weight in a day and she needs to have the realistic minset that weight loss takes time! Dont try to rush it!
Here is a FREE site that helped me lose weight… it will customize a calorie intake for her, and give her an exercise goal of how many calories to burn each week. AN AWESOME WEBSITE! And there is TONS AND TONS of information and support on there

Good luck to you and your wife!

I really wouldn’t resort to amphetamines. Whether it’s meth or phenteramine (the generic name for amphetamine diet pills such as Adipex or Ionamin) it is EXTREMELY habit forming, and often these pills cannot work in the long run as they simply reek havoc on the body. A good doctor would not prescribe her these unless she is morbidly obese. Luckily, there are several natural healthy alternatives she can take to jump start her weight loss and also use in the long run. Taking 1-3 psyllium fiber capsules a day helps everything "move along" in the digestive tract and can help support weight loss. Also, most Americans don’t get enough fiber anyway, so it’s a good thing to incorporate in a diet anyway. You can find fiber capsules in a grocery store in the supplement/vitamin aisle. Also, 200mg of Chromium everyday helps metabolize simple carbohydrates to their maximum potentiental. This means that if she eats a lot of carbs, her body will be able to maximize the energy from those carbs. Chromium is also an excellent supplement to take if you do a low-carb or healthy carb diet (healthy carb diet would be to eliminate simple carbs, like white bread, rice, pasta, and junk food in general) because you get the most energy out of the few carbs you do eat. You can also find this in grocery stores and in places like GNC. Lastly, Hoodia, which is a little stronger, is an appetite suppressant used by tribal bushmen in Africa to help them suppress their appetite on long hunting trips. It comes from the cactus plant in South Africa. I take Hoodia an hour before lunch and dinner, and while it doesn’t make you stop eating, it will make you feel full on less. If you decide to take hoodia, make sure to get it from a store like GNC (NOT OVER THE INTERNET!) and make sure it was grown in South Africa and followed safe manufacturing processes. As for me, I take 2 fiber capsules a day, plus 1 chromium and 2 hoodia a day, but I also run 4-6 miles a day as well as weight lift and eat a low-carb diet. I would recommend your wife start out with chromium and/or fiber with a low-carb or healthy-carb diet with moderate excersise (like walking for half an hour 5 times a week and doing pilates or light weight lifting) and take it from there. The hardest part is getting started, but it’s all downhill after that. Hope this information and the links below help. Good luck and I hope she does well!!!!

I’m with everyone else. I really don’t think it’s a good idea, especially because of her past addiction to Meth. Amphetamines are usually a last resort. Doctors will try a lot of other things before getting to them. Does her doctor know about her past addiction? I really don’t think it’s a good idea for the doctor to prescribe them without attempting other things before it, and it makes me question the doctor if they are willing to right off. If she is looking for ‘a little start’, amphetamines aren’t the way to go. For a start, I’d suggest things like green tea. Coffee is also a good appetite supressant. I know that coffee isn’t exactly good for you and you can become addicted to the caffeine, but it is a much better thing to be addicted to than amphetamines, which I could see her become addicted really quick. They’re extremely addicting even for people that have no history of addiction, but they would be especially addicting for her. I’d definitely tell her to try other things first, and be sure to be supportive. Help cook healthy, low calorie, low fat things for her. Encourage her to excersise by offering to go with her.
Good luck!!
