    Think- Calories in …
Think- Calories in vs calories out. Watch how much b4 bed (when sitting around doing nothing & then going 2 bed – not expending many calories). Think Protein & Non-Starchy Vegetables (no potatoes) & healthy Fats. (peanut butter is good – watch it before bed – i cut it out – was easily consuming too many calories. I just eat 4 eggs w/ only 2 yolk before bed. about 200 calories.) Breakfast about 600 calories. 6 hours later – Lunch about 600 calories. then right before bed.

I thought ‘omega 3′ eggs aren’t good? because they usually feed the chickens low quality omega 3 sources that have already been oxidized, and they’re highly perishable and don’t last and long as the regular organic, free range eggs that aren’t omega 3 enhanced..
