		<description>&lt;b&gt;You know, you give ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; You know, you give supplement companies shit, saying that they try to sell their products, like protein and creatine.  You say that they feed people lies.  Some do, most definitely.  But, you do realize that you see so many people build muscle and lose fat solely because they&#039;re new to lifting and exercise.  It is possible to SLOWLY build muscle, if you barely eat above maintenance. After lifting for 6 months, it is almost impossible to build muscle and burn fat. It&#039;s a scientific contradiction.</description>
