    Never work out …
    Never work out everyday unless ur a professional body builder. Ur muscles need to rest and repair themselves for 24-48 hrs. I workout every other day 4 times a week.

    nice exercices but its not intense i think you should not do a full body workout a day…its better to do a intense workout for a big and a small musclegroup a day..

    don’t just exercise your biceps. trust me on this one, it doesn’t look good. you gotta work your triceps as well, and preferably the rest of your body! you can always tell whether people are working out at home only doing curls or working out at a gym, doing their whole body. the last one looks 100x better than the first one…

    I dont understand …
    I dont understand the rest 60sec between reps.. For examples, if i have 5 exercises, start with bicep curls, after i did 8reps for bicep curls and rest 60sec and finish all the bicep curls? only can start second exercises? or i have to do 5 exercises repeatly but not 1 by 1?

    That’s not true, u can workout 5 days n 2 days rest or 6 days n 1 day rest, u need to eat, sleep , supps n hard work at the gym!

    because i’m working out everyday. and somebody toll me that i have to wait 24 hours to workout again..so if i work out monday the next day that i have to workout will be wednesday.??????

    @shv90210: It may be POSSIBLE to lose 100 pounds in 30 days, but not healthily. Your body has to have time to adjust to the weight loss, so doctors recomend only about 2 pounds a week, I believe.
