    I can see that whatever you did did work though. Which is good. its good to hear that your going to the gym now. Thats key. I just workout at home to workout DVD’S six days a week for a half an hour everyday. it works and I feel great. eating right is the hardest thing of all though, keeping on that path and staying strong. I have dedicated the whole 2009 year to losing all of my weight and making this year the best year ever.

    you lost muscle mass, too if you make it too fast. I lost 90 Pounds in last 6 Month (from 260 to 170, too… Lost a lot of power T_T. If you do, to it with high Protein!! If I would have done it that way, I wouldn’t need to build up muscles again now -.-
