    it is really simple, i only take workout advice from those who look like what I want to look like…common sense tells you to listen to your own body, it will let you know if your putting too much stress on a joint…just my humble opinion

    Listen…I am not completely disagreeing with you, however I have learned from trial and error that if you don’t completely flex the muscle at the top of the movement, you WILL NOT get the most out of your workout. Whether or not that puts undo stress I don’t know, I am not a doctor. What I do know is that I have lifted for over ten years and have never hurt myself by locking out at the top of my dips…
