Any quick weight loss tips? How to get great body like model in TV?
December 30th, 2009 | by admin |I saw a lot of commercials in tv. But i wonder which one is working the best? I want to have body like the model in TV.
Ab belts, ab-rockers, ab-loungers, and other infomercial ab-gimmicks… they’re all a complete waste of your time and money. The ONLY way to get a body like that is to earn it, work it & feed it the right foods. No other pill, cream, lotion in the world can make you look like you want. Good Luck! No pain, no gain

1) Drink caffinated coffee 30 mins BEFORE working out
2) Eat All Bran cereal with skim milk(200 calories right there and very high in Fiber)
3) Eat Chillie and one fried plantain
4)Drink lots of water
5) Work out 5 complete days a week, especially cardio
6) Rest in the evening by either skipping dinner or drinking skim again(90 calories)
Do this religiously and you will get there

Most people do not have the genetic predisposition to look like tv models…do not be fooled by unrealistic body image. This is how eating disorders begin.
Basic rule of thumb…eats less move more.
BUT moderation is essential…fad diets destroy metabolism and ultimately make you FAT.

exercise regularly…..am a physical education student n my sir has told us to either gain or lose , accord. to our present weight… n for that he told to exercise(for losing weight) or dieting….but he said exercising n dieting should not go together because it will make u weak..
