Follow up with a glass of warm water. Don&#039;t eat anything else for dinner. Eat a high fibre diet through the day and drinks lots of water. Excercising for atleast 45 minutes on an empty stomach definitely helps. That way you burn stored fat rather than energy you already consumed for the day.  Don&#039;t stress about that extra 5lbs.
