What is the best keep-it-off, but fairly quick weight loss secret?

Had a baby last October 2006 and everything I’ve tried including diet & excercise has the same results on the scale! How do I raise my metabolism again?

Don’t think so much for food and your fat because you’re stressing your self.Eat normally and do fitness;don’t keep diet.I have did this with my self and now i am a bodybuilding champion in my country.

    they say to raise metabolism, you need to eat VERy frequently. small meals, and small snacks in between. you need to eat every four hours. and of course excersice.
