Here’s the low-down on what I’m doing to lose weight and how it works.
1. Figure out what your “maintain weight” calories are and eat 500 calories LESS than that number every day.
2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5x/week.
3. Drink water! Divide your weight in half and drink that number in ounces of water every day.
(4. Make healthier choices as you go along and get better at doing steps 1-3.)

The salad is:
1 Bowl of Romaine Lettuce and Spinach
2 Tbsp Light Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 Tomato, sliced
1/4 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/4 Cup Garlic Feta Cheese
= around 110-130 calories
YUM!
Green Tea (and similar Asian teas), English Breakfast Tea and Irish Breakfast Tea need no sweetener if you use 1 Tsp of lemon juice instead (0 calories).
Vanilla chai (and decaf vanilla chai), peppermint tea and bangal spice teas all also need no sweeteners or additives of any kind.

I weigh 5 pounds more than you and am the same height.
I am setting my goal at a simple 135 but thats just for me. We are both at a pretty healthy weight but losing a few pounds would be nice lol

She is so stop on. I also do the same and I lost weight with ease.
I tend to burn 500 cals a day in the gym and I eat 500 less so that is almost 2lbs a week, although I actually lose more.

What an amazing video. I teach the same thing about water.
Not a lot of people know that water is the molecule that body fat NEEDs to be metabolized by the body. It is not just a nice thing to do. The technical term for it is hydrolysis. Hydro = water Lyse = break apart.
Lipolysis means breaking apart lipids (Lipids are fat molecules). Lipolysis is done through hydrolysis. I get my clients to hydrate in a particular way and the fat melts off!
