    It felt as though you spoke from your heart. Your concept is solid and well grounded. It’s a shame that it is so hard for so many of us to reconnect to our physical and spiritual self and actually listen to the messages that our bodies are screaming out to us. We look everywhere else except for internally for our answers.

    recently i lost 60 …
    recently i lost 60 lbs. it was amazing but some things happened and recently i gained back 6 lbs, i know if doesnt sound like a lot but its more a feeling that i lost that mentality I had while i was loosing the weight. This is absolutly how it felt. It was amazing and once i got really started not hard at all. it became a way of life.

    thanks for reminding me why I was doing this.

    Let you know how the next 60 lbs go!

    Brilliant – it’s about making the decision and changing the way you think about getting in better shape. There are plenty of gimmicks out there that are supposed to help you lose weight in magazines, and the only person who can really motivate you is yourself. Awesome post!!

    your so inspirational and your words are helping me today…i’m at 5′2″ and two years ago i was at my heaviest 145…and then i slimmed down to 128. which is where I am now. And my goal is really 110 but it’s been soooooo hard to get there.

    and i know something’s gotta change. even though for someone people 18 pounds is not that much, for me, it would mean so much that i would be able to reach my goal. it’s more mental.
