    Sean you rock! Thank you for the Soy commentary so very necessary to explain that thyroid/soy connection. I have hypothyroidism and am sick of people telling me how healthy soy is especially when I know it can destroy my health. Also, very helpful to hear how sugar destroys the natural flora of the digestive system. It only confirms my decision to give up sugar 3 months ago which I don’t regret. I will tune in more frequently and you should have your own show!

    Once I read and found out about these foods I was so disgusted and repulsed I never wanted to touch them again! Everyone is leaning towards a low to no fat diet but those diets are loaded with sugar and carbs!!! LAY OFF the slimfast!

    Soy is no worse …
    Soy is no worse than any other grain. All grains are bad in excess. (they can ferment in your body, and mimic alcohol, making you tired and foggy).
    Multi-vitamins are just as synthetic as vitamin water vitamins, just without the sugar.
    All these products are definitely crap. Juice is usually crap too, devoid of fiber and too sugary. Also lacking in vitamins due to long shelf-life. Don’t be fooled people, read labels and do some research on your favorite foods!!!

    i knew the vitamin …
    i knew the vitamin water was bs soon as i looked at the label. but the slim fast bars, that was surprising. i dont eat em. look at the label folks. ask yourself if you lost weight and kept it off naturally, who would lose money? those are the people secretly trying to keep you fat or keep you going up and down. it keeps money in their pockets. so i shouldn’t be surprised about slimfast.

    fat free milk is awesome. if you want to have it with something that’s healthy, try shredded wheat cereal. if you do that it will be very bland and not sweet, but it’s good if you add stevia to it. i hope you know about stevia…
    oh and the chocolate syrup just has to go. sorry bud

    the guy that market soy as a good product should got a nobel prize!
    soy is a by-product on some many milk related products they had so many of it they come up with new products and start putting it everywhere. stomach problems, headache, noiziness, skin problems, all end up about two months after I drop everything “contains soya” it wasnt simple but I was so stupid to go with soy, wow! hope you learn from here.
