jog and jump rope for 30 minutes a day. Simple.
CJ: Well, its a 5 dollar piece of equipment that gives many benefits. It really is a luxury more than anything, considering jogging every day will get boring. However, most are willing to spend 5 dollars.

erm… jei? jumprope is equipment!
you can do things like pushups, situps, star jumps, jogging, stomach crunches
they will all help you lose weight
do it for about 30 minutes a day, if you want to lose it quickly, do 1-2 hours a day
